Chrysler Programs Overall responsibility of program performance for Chrysler Sebring Cockpit Assembly, I/P, Door Trim, and Console. Managed internal personnel team of 12 people to achieve satisfaction of customer wants and needs. Primary activities included strong customer interaction through on and off-site meetings, web meetings and e-mails to exceed expectations related to quality, cost efficiency, timing, and performance. Provided functional leadership for program team (consisting of representatives from Engineering, Account Management, Finance, Purchasing, Supplier Quality, Tooling, Manufacturing, Internal Quality, Design, and Styling) through setting objectives and monitoring "progress to completion" of set objectives. Set, maintained and met budget guidelines and parameters by tracking and reporting of internal and external financial budgets. Coordinated and managed both internal and external program related meetings by scheduling meeting via outlook, creating meeting agendas, and adhering to meeting time specifications. Required to oversee negotiation of contract agreements between both customers and potential suppliers by understanding both parties' requirements and presenting realistic solutions to satisfy all involved. Overall responsibility to track and maintain program performance using required OEM documents as well as standardized Faurecia Interior Systems indicators.

North American OperationsDeveloped and rolled out a standard, systematic approach to managing multiple programs within a structured organization. Needed to ensure and enforce full implementation of Faurecia's "Program Management Systems" within the North American Division through continuous training and over-seeing of achieved objectives for each program. Main activities included technical support to all levels of the team members as well as monitoring, measuring, and reporting progress within the structures to senior level management via newly introduced internal software and standardized PowerPoint presentations. Other activities included representation of North America in global Program Management meetings, early recognition of programs with special needs, and facilitating any necessary requirements that would ensure individual program objectives were met.

GM Programs (Customer Focused Division)Primary interface to the customer development of Chevy HHR Instrument Panel, Console, Door Trim, and Rear Compartment Trim. Expected to understand the customer wants and needs and convert those into tangible deliverables through studio styling and computer design reviews. Ultimately responsible for ensuring the overall success of a program while interfacing with the internal & external disciplines including Engineering, Finance, Quality, Manufacturing, Sales, and Purchasing.

Responsible for coordinating all internal functional activities associated with a program, primarily HB - Dodge Durango Headliner (Overhead System). These activities include design, engineering, tooling, operations, and advanced quality planning. Critical activities include managing costs, suppliers & sourcing, engineering functions, and manufacturing & launch resources. Participated in pioneer development of internal web-based software tool (a.k.a. Profile) to be used throughout corporation as a standardized mechanism to track and report multiple programs with multiple customers. Understand assessment and coordinate commitments for technical & manufacturing requirements. Report out organized and detailed executive program summaries as required. Most importantly, deliver all activities to meet customer objectives.
