As an arts administration graduate with a BA from Christopher Newport University and an AA from Thomas Nelson Community College, I have a strong academic background and a keen interest in the performing arts and entertainment industry. I am eager to apply my knowledge and skills to a full-time job that allows me to contribute to the growth and success of any organization.I have gained valuable experience as an education intern at Virginia Symphony Orchestra, where I shadowed key staff members, attended production meetings, and observed the organization and flow of orchestra rehearsals and concerts. I have also developed my customer service and art education skills as a front desk assistant at Mary M. Torggler Fine Arts Center, where I greeted and escorted guests, led tours and programs, and collaborated with staff members. Additionally, I have worked as a barista and concessions attendant at Einstein's Café and Palette Café, where I maintained a clean workplace, recorded and processed orders, and sold snacks and drinks. I am proficient in spreadsheets and interpersonal skills, and I am excited to learn new skills and tools. I am flexible, adaptable, and open to exploring new opportunities and challenges that align with my values, motivations, and goals.
