• Coordination of blasting procedures.• Pricing of all contracts.• Manage quarry floor activities including aggregate production schedules and machinery maintenance.• Coordinate quarry floor and office staff including interviewing of prospective employees.• Coordination of a busy logistics office – Often over 60 – 70 individual deliveries per day.• Management of all customer and supplier accounts (Invoicing, payments, payroll)• Kanban system intoduction in the quarry maintenance facility for efficient stock level management.• Standardisation of many processes including, client quotations, office role handovers, employee inductions, health and safety document recording and the establishment of a Purchase Order system.• Machinery maintenance scheduling - Crushing and Screening equipment which operate on Allen-Bradley control systems.

Solely responsible for implementing and leading quality control procedures including adherence to strict quality standards. This is a business-critical responsibility.• The below various quality control activities were instrumental in the company securing NSAI accreditation under I.S EN 13242 for the first time in January 2018 and maintaining it each year since.1. Required to familiarise myself with multiple national and international standards, testing methodologies and best practices such that Carrickamore Quarries can continue to market the most up to date products.2. Manage and conduct all internal testing, coordinate all test scheduling and maintain all relevant documentation to ensure that products meet the required standards and that all necessary quality controls and processes are in place.3. Schedule and coordinate all external chemical and physical aggregate analysis.4. Designed and implemented robust databases to track testing frequencies and product compliance.
