As a Systems Operations Analyst, my job is to ensure the banking environment is there and running at maximum potential. Respond accordingly to alerts and have them addressed in a timely fashion. To be responsible and contribute to the team of 24/7 operations of all hardware, software, network and applications within BMO.Key AccountabilitiesOperationsManages Central Site processing environments (MVS, Server, Special Systems, etc) in multiple locations (MCC, BCC, WCC ,FCP) Manages incidents affecting enterprise-wide computing resources. Incident ManagementManages the restoration of normal service following an event that disrupts or reduces service quality to minimize impact on business operations.Availability Monitoring, Reporting & ToolsMonitors system and application performance and availability, capacity usage, storage availability, etc. Raises and escalates incidents as necessary. Monitors performance against defined SLAs.Storage ManagementExecutes the operations necessary to ensure data storage systems meet service level requirements.Security AdministrationAdministers and maintains security access to AMS-managed systems.
