As VP of Corporate Strategy, my main focus is directing a global transformation initiative across all Encore companies, introducing modern consumer strategies and technologies to improve consumer engagement through intelligent and personalized consumer experiences. I currently manage extended and virtual teams in the US, UK and EU, collaborating with senior executives to achieve strategic objectives.In addition, my role includes spearheading corporate innovation initiatives, emphasizing the development of an AI-centric strategy and roadmap, as well as exploring and managing diversified growth opportunities, evaluating potential acquisitions and investment ventures.

Encore Advantage is a subsidiary of Encore Capital Group and Encore’s Greenfield Enterprise Recovery Solution. Encore Advantage was launched in 2019 to provide value from our deep consumer insights and global best practices to clients in the U.S. through a variety of servicing models.As Head of Operations & Strategy (as well as Treasurer and Secretary), my responsibilities include business development, operations, corporate governance, finance/accounting, and business systems.

As VP of Business Development, I created new purchasing markets by helping financial institutions realize the benefits of selling. This required me to leverage capital market relationships to secure financing for acquisitions, as well as building servicing platforms and developing compliance management systems for these new markets.

Propel Financial Services helps property owners solve property tax challenges and avoid foreclosure. As VP of Acquisitions, I joined Propel after Encore Capital Group acquired the company from McCombs Enterprises. At Propel, I led business development, operations, and analytics across multiple sites increasing revenues by three-fold in four years. I also raised $100MM of debt financing to fund the growth of the business and expanded geographic footprint from a single state (TX) to 23 states. In 2016, I oversaw the sale of Propel generating proceeds over $150MM for Encore.

As Director of Operations, I managed multiple large call center, operations, analytics, and outsourcing teams across the world.

As Senior Manager of Strategic Outsourcing, I led strategic outsourcing teams across multiple sites in the U.S. and India.

As Manager of Strategic Initiatives, I was responsible for developing Encore's corporate strategy and roadmap to expand into new businesses, asset classes, and geographies.

As an Associate, I was responsible for developing corporate strategies, business plans, and project schedules in highly demanding environments for multi-national Fortune 100 companies and U.S. Government.
