Using my extensive experience and knowledge of fish & seafood acquired over 20 years my remit beyond supplying the normal product information and account management is to offer advice and education of fish and seafood, fishing techniques, provenance, sustainability, ethical purchasing and any areas that will evolve the customers understanding of relevant high profile seafood issues. My obsession with food and with fish, which has previously seen me gain a degree in Fisheries Science, is the perfect platform to spend time with chefs and catering managers who have a passion to learn more about the food they are cooking with.
