Manufactured in the UK in our bespoke production facility, we supply standard sizes or can work with you to create tailor-made solutions.Matt’s core responsibilities include new client onboarding, developing long terms relationships, negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions, calculating client quotations, providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education, assisting in the design of custom-made products, implementing lean manufacture techniques, managing the growth and success of the team, working to KPIs to measure success and being responsible for the production, procurement, and planning of daily operations.

Strickland Tracks Ltd are an international global leader in undercarriage track assemblies. Matt had full responsibility for the UK site and was part of the senior leadership team. Core responsibilities included Production Oversight (capacity planning/management, quality, H&S, cost control/improvement); Supply Chain Oversight (sourcing strategy, stocking strategy, supplier contract negotiations, material storage and production servicing); Engineering Oversight (resource management, consultative engineering resource, product offering strategy, design for manufacture, DFMEA and PFMEA); Facilities Oversight (CAPEX improvement projects, TPM strategy, environmental).Business achievements included turnover increase from £35M to £70M whilst reducing inventory from £19M to £12.5M; productivity increase by 86% within single shift pattern; labour costs per produced assembly reduced 31% over 6 years despite 3% year on year increase in hourly rate; ISO9001-2015 Certification; Sage 200 ERP implementation; £400K Office refurbishment project.
