I am an aspiring osteopathic physician, studying at Campbell University School of Osteopathic Medicine in North Carolina. Currently I am interested in Pediatrics, Endocrinology, Emergency Medicine, Pathology, Radiology, and Critical Care.Along my quest to become a physician, I have acquired 6 years of total experience as a medical scribe in the following specialties: Emergency Medicine, Gastroenterology, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, OBGYN, Orthopedics, Nephrology, Psychiatry, Pediatrics, Allergy/Immunology, Addiction Medicine, and Podiatry, General Surgery, and amongs other specialties.I am proficient with multiple electronic medical records including: Athena Med, Advanced MD, Epic, Allscripts Professional EHR, and Meditech among others.I have also had the distinct priviledge of working as a certified scribe trainer, a lead scribe, a scribe auditor, and an implementation specialist. I have also integrated scribes into the workflow of clinics that previously did not have scribing services.
