Continuing my relationship with Contiki Holidays I moved into the role of Tour Manger. My main role was to handle the operation of 13-day tour around the Greek islands. Group sizes varied from 10 to 80 people. While escorting groups around three Greek island I was required to organise all transportation, accommodation, meals and excursions for the group. As a result I was obliged to handle sums around ten thousand Euros and was required to be in constant communication with suppliers. I was also on 24-hour contact with all on tour clients, which involved me solving any issues clients had in respect to their comfort, health and overall enjoyment of their holidays.
