Managing and developing teaching staff across primary and secondary schools in UAE Government Schools, through support visits, formal observations and delivering ongoing CPD training. Working as part of a Quality Assurance process to ensure procedures were being met across multiple schools, in accordance with Ministry guidelines.

Delivered Physical and Health Education lessons and assessment across primary and secondary schools. Developed and implemented Extra-curricular activities for students.

Delivering and tutoring on a prescribed futsal coaching programme to local coaches of varying ability and experience, consisting of supporting coaches onto the next stage of their development and providing a learning environment for the coaches.

Training and match day responsibilities for two squads of 14 players. Conducted a trial process and attracted novice players in to starting to play futsal, which included integrating them into an existing team structure alongside current international players. Structured and progressive training alongside match day management in the BUCS Western Premier Division and FAW Futsal Cup.

Taught a further education programme (BTEC Sport Level 3 Extended Diploma) and delivered Futsal sessions to a weekly timetable. Developed a Futsal curriculum and coaching KPI’s for other members of staff, including conducting staff development observations. Worked as part of a recruitment team to enroll students onto the course, including liaising with external partners and creating new recruitment tools.

Mentoring all registered futsal coaches in Wales, including signposting them towards coach education opportunities and helping them to develop match analysis skills for use in their clubs.

On-site lead who coordinated the planning, development and delivery of a further education programme (BTEC Sport Level 3 Extended Diploma) and Futsal sessions to a weekly timetable. Developed novice futsal players through a range of coaching methods, to aid both football and futsal development. Liaised with Football Clubs, Universities and Colleges for fixtures; including management of match day funds, and preparing the players for the progression into the Cardiff City FC Futsal Club First Team. Mentored students through the UCAS and H.E application process.
