As the Chief Operating Officer at the Florida Medical Association (FMA), the largest and most influential healthcare association in the state, I have over 15 years of experience in leading and managing various aspects of the organization. I oversee FMA operations, communications, governance, business development, administration, and IT, as well as many other projects depending on the needs and priorities of the association.My core competencies include non-profit leadership, fundraising, nonprofit management, and healthcare management. I am passionate about advancing the interests and values of the medical profession and improving the quality and accessibility of healthcare for all Floridians. I work collaboratively with the FMA Board of Governors, staff, members, partners, and stakeholders to achieve the mission and vision of the organization. I also leverage my MBA and BA in Business Administration to optimize the financial and operational performance of the association.
