I am in my final semester of my Mechanical Engineering degree at the University of South Alabama and am interesting in applying for upcoming Project Engineering roles. Throughout my career as a student and as a Co-Op at West Fraser Mills and Aker Solutions/One Subsea I have pushed myself to engage in and excel through challenging tasks and projects to increase my understanding of this field and the people that work in it. In the final year of my project engineering co-op internship, I have been expected to work autonomously or with little oversight on project documents, calculations, client relations, and document management.
