Setting a manual Guillotine all of the machines.Folding or piecing bright rolled aluminium varying the types of thickness ranging from 0.30mm up to 0.50mm.Completing daily duties of Inspection on the press breaks and power presses.Ensuring to adhere to all policies and legislation when carrying out operations.Implementing all health and safety aspects within the work place when carry out day to day duties.Handling the mechanical maintenance to ensure machinery pass insurance inspections.Having the ability of inspecting components and tooling using verniers, micrometres making sure the parts are correct before they went into production.Duties were loading coils on and off the de-coilers and checking goods in from suppliers as well as ensuring goods are dispatched to customers.
