I developed a prototype system using machine learning trained on local historic sales data to predict and evaluate property prices in real time on a massive scale. I have purchased, renovated, and managed a short-term rental home, which has earned me the title 'VRBO Premier Host,' after achieving a flawless 5-star rating with over 20 reviews and 35 unique stays.
