Responsible for the growth and business success of our Utility focused product line and product category from a technology perspective. Work directly with Avertra’s Senior Management and Products Division, Client Partners, and Industry Experts to create enterprise level applications, integrated real time solutions, and manage tactical and strategic execution of product growth.Responsible for comprehensive development life cycle management of assigned Utility Industry focused product lines using a proven Hybrid Agile Software Development Methodology. Responsible product lines include the MiCustomer Digital Experience Platform, MiPortal Web and Mobile application, MiRead Web and Mobile Application, MiAgent, MiLine, MiServices, MiIVR, MiKiosk, and MiDisconnect. My primary focus is to enhance and optimize the performance of these game changing products in the market by analyzing Utility Industry trends and aligning with Avertra’s strategic objectives.I reconcile and process internal and external inputs; create product road maps, establish product direction and requirements, work with software engineers to develop technical solutions that meet the product direction and requirements, and communicate the product plans that will ultimately achieve our client’s goals.
