As an AP Administrator at Great Wolf Lodge, I manage the accounts payable processes and ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors and suppliers. I Personally oversee Vendor Management and Reconciliation ~200 accounts, ranging from Tech to F&B. I personally process all AP related Journal Entries and play a crucial role in the payment of Occupancy, Hotel, Tribal, County, and City Taxes, I have over four years of experience in accounts payable and cash application roles, working with different accounting systems and software.I have consistently demonstrated a proficiency in managing accounts payable processes. Such as, executing journal entries, managing vendor communication, ensuring accuracy, and reconciling vendor accounts. I have also nurtured my ability to comprehend and execute Accounting functions outside of strictly AP, and I am eager to explore these skills further. I pride myself on being a dedicated problem solver by seeking solutions to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and further my personal skills to meet a demand.
