Managed and litigated cases on behalf of victims of sexual abuse against religious, non-profit, and municipal entities brought under the Child Victim’s Act in New York and New Jersey.

• Representation of hundreds of individuals and companies from initial client meetings to jury verdict on matters including civil rights, medical malpractice, wrongful death, breach of fiduciary duty and breach of contract.• Litigation practice involving multiple bench and jury trials in Oklahoma District Courts and United States District Courts.• Lead attorney in five (5) jury trials in Oklahoma District Courts involving the examination/cross-examination of multiple expert, fact and damage witnesses.• Litigated and obtained $1.8 million settlement against an international pharmaceutical company for failure to warn and design defect of a commonly used herbicide.• Litigated and obtained numerous six-figure settlements in connection with wrongful death/automobile collisions, products liability, and civil rights claims.• Litigated and obtained favorable settlement, on appeal, regarding insurance bad faith/breach of contract issues involving the wrongful denial of a commercial automobile policy in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio Eastern Division (Pro hac vice).• Co-chaired four-day criminal jury trial in Oklahoma District Court regarding charges of assault and battery with a deadly weapon, which resulted in a hung jury.• Extensive understanding of the business of running a law practice, personnel issues, minimizing overhead, and client origination and management.

The Leftover Last Waltz is an annual celebration of music and art that highlights and supports the initiatives and contributions of the Woody Guthrie Center to Tulsa, Oklahoma. The event is aimed at promoting the ideas of Woody Guthrie, whose music spoke of truth and gave a voice to an extremely important time in American history. All of the support raised goes directly to support and fund the education initiatives of the Woody Guthrie Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Specifically, the proceeds and donations will be used to support the after-school programs and summer camps put on at the Woody Guthrie Center. These programs are designed to provide the youth of Tulsa with an opportunity to explore their creativity and empower them to find their own voice.o Created, organized and directed annual fundraising event, which involves the philanthropic and collaborative participation of numerous Tulsa-area companies, artists, and restaurants. o Successfully raised over $100K to support the education initiatives at the Woody Guthrie Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma, which provide support in the form of after school programs, summer camps and field trips to Title 1 Low Income Schools.
