I am 22 years old from Crofton, Maryland, and a Senior at The University of Maryland. At UMD, I major in Business Management at the Robert H. Smith School of Business and minor in Global Terrorism Studies as part of the Study of Terrorism and Responses to Terrorism (START) program. I am dedicated to learning about the causes and responses of terrorism, and how to prevent these acts of violence from happening in the future. While I am majoring in Business Management, I am primarily pursuing internship opportunities related to terrorism studies and related government works, while also interested in expanding my knowledge of the business world.Recently, in my part time roles I have:- learned how to communicate and organize the logistics of events ranging from 20 to 190 people- been tasked with training new employees - gained experience on how to engage with customers and employees in a professional environment
