I have 20 years experience in the construction industry in NZ, UK and Australia. Most recently, I have held a leadership role as Site Supervisor for Ryman Healthcare, Construction Division. This role saw me overseeing large scale multi purpose retirement villages including hospital facilities. I thrived in the fast-paced environment with multiple trades and contractors under my supervision in both structure and fit out phases of the builds. Trouble shooting, organisation and communication skills enabled me to deliver results under tight deadlines, budgets and heightened regulatory requirements. Prior to this, I began my career in 2002 as an apprentice, moving on to carpenter then leading hand on high-end residential and light commercial projects throughout Dunedin and Wanaka, NZ. I moved to London, UK between 2010 - 2012 where I continued high-end residential works in a leading hand role. From 2012 - current I have been based in Melbourne. After 1 year in residential carpentry, I moved on to a foreman/site supervisor role in a commercial fit-out company completing many office and shop fit-outs for various clients before joining Ryman Healthcare, Construction Division in 2018.I am now looking to move back to NZ with my family.
