Help educate and promote hospice services within the community of the greater Sacramento area.

Assist in the coordination and decision making of admissions. Interpret referrals with complex cases to narrow down the level of healthcare required for potential admissions. Serve as a liaison to family and hospital discharge planners to ensure all parties are prepared for the transition to a skilled nursing facility. Help with daily operations of administration staff along with 4 other departments. Plan and develop a marketing strategy to grow referral source relationships. Incorporate rules and regulations by conducting weekly all-staff meetings. Plan, coordinate, and implement a quarterly facility marketing plan. Participate in census development and marketing meetings and conference calls. Conduct a monthly review of competitor census.
