Manager for a team of 8 specialising in Data Fusion/Statistic Matching. Working with the wider Data team of over 20 people, leading Machine Learning and AI innovations along with other data engineering elements.

I am currently part of the Data Fusion team predominantly using python to produce statistical matching solutions for pairing of TV data.The role has enabled me to:• Use Matlab and Python (Pandas) to analyse big data to accurately report international TV figures.• Implement cellular genetic algorithms for autonomous parameter optimisation.• Investigate automatic event detection for large sporting events.• Apply general methodology improvement and statistical analysis to produce reports to deliver to clients.• Introduce virtual expansion to improve accuracy in Monte Carlo Simulations.• Use principal component analysis for dimensionality reduction for use in Data Fusion.

Trained to MRS (Market Research Society) industry standards.I carry out market research and collected data using: paper surveys, iPad surveys, vox pop audio surveys and observations of visitor behaviour. The research is carried out at numerous key London attractions (e.g. British Museum, Kew Gardens, Science Museum, Natural History Museum, National Portrait Gallery, Museum of London and more).

Full time overnight summer camp counsellor. Responsible for the welfare of over 60 children (aged 12-16) 24 hours a day. I would sometimes lead and always participate in a range of different activities, from lacrosse and high and low ropes assault courses on site, to cycling and canoeing trips off site. I instigated a new activity of swimming fitness for any children that wanted.Within the first week I was offered a promotion to Division Head, but I declined as I did not feel it was the most appropriate position for me at that time. However, I was given additional responsibility for the supervision of 20 other staff members, which I accepted.
