Oversee and manage all JOC projects from start to finish. Perform Joint scope walks. Create the detailed scope of work. Create schedules and 2 week look ahead. Schedule Inspections. Write and negotiate subcontractor contracts. File and pull permits. Create pay application requests. Create change orders. Create submittals. Schedule pre-construction meetings. Build proposals/plan take offs/proposal review with owner. Close out documents. I am also responsible for daily operation of the job site, including scheduling, production, and procurement of materials, manpower, and equipment. I supervise all direct labor positions on the assigned project. I manage and oversee any contracted work on the site to ensure successful project completion. I stay very engaged with my projects and manage my team tightly.

Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing repairs in the construction industry including residential and commercial projects. I also performed finish work like paint, trim, and flooring. I worked for multiple clients on a as needed basis simultaneously. I also received a lot of referral work and positive reviews. I completed large and small scale projects using crews from 2-8 people.
