At Doyle Detroit, I designed and developed service order entry & tracking software. In doing so, we increased customer satisfaction by providing emailed service order acknowledgments and real-time service updates. Workplace productivity was improved by using digital work order tickets, providing employees with a streamlined view of specific item status, and a robust work in progress dashboard.

I worked with MSU Libraries Web Services to identify and remediate accessibility issues on lib.msu.edu. During my time there, I evaluated 1500+ webpages and ensured they were WCAG 2.0 compliant. I spent the latter part of my time there developing an in-house accessibility reporting tool, after determining off-the-shelf solutions were inadequate for our needs.

As Head Instructor at Bayview Junior Sailing, I collaborated with a team of instructors to create a positive, safe, and fun learning environment. We worked with students ages 8-17 in an advanced sailing racing program. I was also responsible for the maintenance of seven coach boats and three dozen sailing dinghies, ensuring equipment enabled sailors to maximize results on the racecourse.

At Doyle Detroit I was the team leader of tape applications on load path sails. I assisted in sail design and evaluation processes while also training customers in the use of our products.
