My first job was in sales at GNC in high school when I was 15. I knew sales was for me. It was exciting and every interaction was different. I meet awesome people and other times not so awesome people. I worked my way up to manager right after high school. Looking to expand my skills in sales, I went to CarMax part time whilst keeping my job at GNC. I kept a position as part time manager at GNC. I was rather successful at CarMax getting into President's Club in my first 8 months of selling!Getting into President's Club whilst having another job whilst in school part time was a major achievement for me. It gave me a glimpse of what I was made of. I came in early and left late all the time while maintaining high energy. I worked my way up to the top part-timer at CarMax of Greenville and third in the store overall! My last 6 months there I was selling on average 25 cars a month. The car industry is demanding to say the least. I knew that staying in the car business and being in school was unsustainable long term. I am currently a part time floating manager at GNC and in school full time at the Johnson College of Business and Economics.
