AboutI loved sketching as a child, studied marketing techniques and psychology because I wanted to understand how people think, studied human computer interaction because I am intrigued by computers. All of the past shaped me to realize my direction was to build products and understand users from their perspective. My process: Understand the problem → Research existing solutions & question→ Brainstorm ideas → Draw → Prototype → User Test → Improve → Repeat. How I got into User Experience Design? I started my career pretty small as a usability analyst, I was researching about user problems and flagging user concerns to the engineering, product team at local businesses for internships and experience. I discovered that my interests lay at a deeper level of thought. My interests include creating products, devising experiences. I seek to discover what the user really needs, to view the world from their perspective and experiences. That's how user experience became a part of me.I have a hands-on ideology, I don’t make big plans upfront, but think, create and test, to validate the assumption. I like to rethink logically and create things that work without complicating the life of a user.From research to personas, from user journeys to requirements, from flowcharts to wireframes and from functional design to visual design of website and applications. I enjoy every bit of the work I do.
