I was the liaison to university faculty and other military programs on campus and supervised the departments nine employees (training staff, recruiting team, and logistics support staff).As an Instructor for 60 freshmen and sophomores, I wrote and developed curriculum approved by the university. Topics were:- Fundamentals of leadership, Introduction to U.S. Military History, Drill and Ceremony, Organizational Structure and Management.During my tenure at NC State, the Army ROTC program had one of the highest commissioning rates in the region with 95% of it's commissioned lieutenants assessed into the Regular Army.
