I lead Uber’s international engagement with governments and other strategic stakeholders across more than 70 countries worldwide, including negotiating new market entry; legal and regulatory reform; international mergers and acquisitions; geopolitical risk; and special projects. I joined Uber in 2014 as a founding member of the global policy development team, building out the company’s approach to core questions of public policy, including the future of transportation, cities, and advanced technologies. Prior to Uber, I worked across five continents on economic and political reform in emerging and frontier markets.
