Matt Dewey is Cheif Operating Officer of Urban Pace, which, under the Long & Foster Companies umbrella, provides marketing, sales, leasing and advisory services to real estate developers. Over his 15-year career, Matt has managed the sales, leasing and marketing of more than 80 communities throughout the District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia and Pennsylvania. Matt’s expertise encompasses high-end boutique buildings to place making townhome developments, with expertise in floor plan design, project branding, and sales systems. Matt has been with Urban Pace for over a decade, and during his career he has been in the top 1% of production for real estate agents in Washington, DC, and was named 40 under 40 by DCA Live Media.Matt holds a B.S. in Regional Development from The University of Arizona, and has been a guest speaker at Georgetown University on the subjects of real estate marketing and branding.
