I enjoy challenging myself not to disrupt what businesses already have in place through the application of the Process Approach to develop a System they understand and suits their circumstances.The best part of this role is when I facilitate interactive Lean training as a Team Leader on the Elphinstone Simulated Work Environment (SWE). This period of my life taught me that my ability to perform under pressure in a dynamic workplace was rewarding to me, so I returned to private enterprise.

I joined the thriving VEC Civil Engineering (formerly Van Ek Contracting) in 2004 where I maintained their Third Party Certified Quality, Safety and Environmental Management Systems in support of the State Government Prequalification for Civil Contractors.
