My role within Hudsons Canadas Pub revolved around business management. Leading a team of 70+ people it was imperative that I created cross functional groups in order to gain better business insights, and develop management skills. Spurring innovative ideas allowed me to maintain interaction with my team, and build up the groups spirit. Many factors had to be taken into account to allow the business to be profitable. Controlling coast of goods, managing labor, and predicting market trends would be just a few examples.While I was part of the team at Hudsons Canada's Pub I developed a niche for customer relations, people management, and inventive business development.
