My hospitality career started in 2008 with my first job as an expediter at a large restaurant franchise in Windsor Ontario. That job sparked my passion for cooking and for the food and beverage industry as a whole. In 2010 I started my apprenticeship as a cook and decided to move to Toronto to complete my education. I attended George Brown College while working for JOEY restaurant group at Younge and Dundas. I graduated from George Brown in 2014 and moved back to Windsor, where I wrote and passed my Red Seal exam. Currently working as the sous chef at Brentwood Recovery Home in Windsor Ontario
