CurrentLegal Removals Experience TeamMajor achievements:- Launched a fully redesigned UX on an internal tool used to manage content legality across Google services by more than 100 agents (tool originally launched in 2005 and redesigned in 2021). UAT surveys showed a satisfaction rate of approximately 75% with the redesign.- Spearheaded a new team to manage an internal tooling for triaging trademark requests, which combined receive 100s of takedown requests daily.- Led efforts to achieve DSA compliance for Google’s Trademark appeals program such as by allowing for external users to submit newly mandated appeals on previous cases, preventing fines of noncompliance up to 6% of global revenue.- Implemented new workflows for Trademarks agents within internal tooling which led to a reduced turnaround time for the average case of about 15x (a new average turnaround time of 1.66 days).- Hosted an intern for the Summer 23’ season to create a new browser extension to integrate between Google’s internal tooling specifically for enforcing trademark decisions.- Regular participant in outreach events in the Texas area such as the 2023 ALPFA Convention, where 4336 leads opted in to learn about future opportunities with Google, and the 2023 UH Fall Career Fair where we connected with 130+ students about software engineering internship opportunities at Google.- Piloted an office program to teach introductory music lessons at Google Austin.Primary Stack: AngularJS, AngularDart, HTML, CSS, Java, Kotlin, MySQL, Google Cloud
