As an Enterprise IT Architect, I work directly with the business to understand their needs/requirements from a corporate direction perspective. Based on their needs/requirements, I work with the given teams/business units to establish the best Enterprise IT solution(s) for what they would need to achieve their desired business outcome. The range of areas covered can vary greatly, from working with the Engineers on a new chip set that will require a new KMS and IT infrastructure, to working with HR on a new employee recognition program, to working on a general global Enterprise cloud architecture.All of our work is performed using either Scrum or Kanban frameworks within the Agile methodology.
