As an Assistant Project Manager at Gleeds, I am passionate about driving excellence and delivering exceptional results in all projects I am involved in. Since graduating from Ulster University with a First-Class Honours Degree in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management, my career journey has been both challenging and rewarding.I began my professional path as a Graduate Project Manager at Gleeds, where I honed my skills and gained invaluable experience in managing a diverse range of projects. This role provided me with a strong foundation in core project management fundamentals and contract administration using NEC and JCT forms of contract. Prior to this I had worked as a Quantity Surveyor within a prominent multi-disciplinary contractor providing exposure to post-contract delivery of leisure, healthcare and commercial projects. This role allowed me to develop my skills in procurement, commercial management and supply-chain management. I thrive in dynamic environments, relishing new challenges and opportunities for growth. My strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with excellent communication skills, enable me to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
