Including collecting the payment from clients, reaching out to appraisers to accept orders, negotiating fees and completion dates, providing high quality customer service and addressing any questions/concerns that arose during the process.

Worked as package handler & assisted management as needed wherever to run a smooth sort. Tasks included loading/unloading 24 - 52 foot trailers and vans using various equipment, sorting packages, and correctly handling hazardous packages within the warehouse.
