-Lead Generation and Prospecting: Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential leads and prospects through various channels, including online research, social media, industry directories, and networking events. -Assist in building and maintaining a database of contacts for future follow-ups.Help maintain accurate and up-to-date sales documentation, including client information, contracts, and agreements.-Support the sales team in managing client relationships by conducting follow-up calls, emails, and surveys. Assist in answering customer inquiries, providing product information, and addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.-Participate in sales training sessions and workshops to enhance your knowledge of sales techniques, product knowledge, and effective communication skills. -Helped install ac units, water heaters, and boilers in peoples homes.-A strong foundation in HVAC systems and equipment is essential. HVAC technicians should possess in-depth knowledge of heating and cooling systems, electrical circuits, refrigeration, ventilation, and airflow principles. Understanding how to troubleshoot and diagnose issues is crucial.-The ability to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment malfunctions is critical. HVAC technicians must possess excellent problem-solving skills, be adept at identifying electrical and mechanical issues, and have the know-how to implement appropriate repairs efficiently and effectively.-The ability to prioritize assignments, manage time efficiently, and work independently or as part of a team is crucial. Strong organizational skills ensure effective record-keeping and the ability to meet deadlines.
