• Using TM1 and macros, I designed and automated management reports for onboarding new CEO and planned for $100 million FY19 budget. Reports summarized detail across 33 markets, four lines of business, 100s of multi-year project actuals, FTE tracking, and key metrics on net program returns.• Implemented process to prepopulate over 200 employee timesheets using live forecast data. Saved revenue by ensuring employees were coding to funded projects and decreased time submitting correcting payroll entries• Created TM1 self-reporting tool for TPL employees showing LTD project actuals and employee hours spent on each project. Saved time for Finance team members by decreasing ad hoc reporting requests.• Manage implementation of real-time FY19 forecast by creating dynamic reports to be distributed to leadership throughout the organization. Roll forward forecast on a monthly basis, ensure accuracy and completeness.• TM1 database manager - upload monthly data after the close of each accounting period, investigate variances, and have a working knowledge of business processes.• Train and manage junior analysts, make sure they have a working knowledge of excel best practices, finance processes, and ensure the work they submit is accurate and timely. • Manage and distribute ad hoc financial reporting, reconciliation, and variance analysis requests.

• Immediately led effort to automate monthly reporting with macros and TM1. Replaced old processes, which took up to 7 days, and implemented new automated process that took only a few hours.• Reviewed and validated monthly P&L’s, in which I identified and researched significant variances.• Managed monthly financial reporting, journal entries, and pre-close tasks. • Played a key role in ad hoc projects ranging from multi-departmental, long-term partnerships to short-term, one-off assignments. • Assisted with the implementation and testing of Cognos TM1 to act as our new financial database.• Assisted with complicated contract, invoice, and reimbursement tracking to state and federal agencies.
