I exercised the highest level of delegated regulatory decision-making authority for the SRA and made around 500 regulatory decisions. I dealt with disputed, high profile and/or complex cases which included breaches of the Code of Conduct, the Accounts Rules, AML issues and conflict/confidentiality matters.I exercised the full range of disciplinary sanctions and controls available to the SRA. I made both first instance decisions and determined appeals. I also chaired adjudication panels which dealt with appeals from single adjudicator decisions.
