Axco is a global information business within the risk and insurance sectors. My role manages multiple stake holders both internal business assets and clients. I work internationally as a member of the company’s executive team to manage change rapidly, sensitively and inclusively. My primary focus is to maintain the unrivalled reputation of excellence of Axco.Key role responsibilities include • To lead the Axco Global Operations team, including consultant management, project management/Governance, Editorial management, Outsourcing management and requirements, Technology and Research management.• Continual assessment and review of business pricing model(s).• Identify commercial opportunities within the market and support with investment proposal enhancing Axco’s information and coverage.• Facilitate and ensure that targeted business partnerships succeed utilising varying business models and approach ensuring commercial alignment. • Process management and improvement• Key stakeholder in the development, implementation and maintenance of Axco’s Performance Management System.• To support, coordinate and, where appropriate, project-manage cross-team initiatives • To conduct various reviews of the existing business as required, including cost benefit analysis.

Company Acquisitions and DisposalsLed full financial due diligence on all plc acquisitions since 2010 including interchange with all related parties in the sale and purchase process. Key responsibilities includefinancial modelling and internal process audit analysisPost completion work includes establishing accounting and other required systems, responsible for ongoing international management and structuring of accounts, billing and debt management. Additional work includes legal company establishment relating to tax advice and local legal advisers, local bank facilities, local HR and payroll set up and liaison. I also head up onsite management (and formation where required) of related operational team. Company disposal support includes financial management of business saleGroup Analysis and ReportingCurrent focus for Group reporting includes plc market presentations (financial reporting and analysis), Group research and development claims and software capitalisation calculations.Group analysis work includes reviewing current spend, propose efficiencies and implement when required, visual representations of key business metrics and schematics of complex business processes.Group Project ManagementCurrently leading process change and implementation for the plc’s Salesforce deployment worldwide.Intermediary between businesses and solution architects. The remit also includes review of business procedures, requirements and new process implementation including change and benefit communication, cost benefit analysis and identification of best practice solutions leading to consolidation of 15 global business unit processes.
