Leading group of sourcers within Morgan Stanley who are champions for Eightfold. Eightfold is an Artificial Intelligence (AI) talent acquisition & recruiting platform which was introduced in November 2022. Partner with the group to problem solve and improve the systems functions and optimize the experience for the recruitment process.

In this role, I spur sustainable revenue growth through the execution of strategic season ticket sales and customer retention initiatives. Fostering a superior end-to-end experience while promoting the development of long-term relationships and maximizing profitability through up-sell, add-on, and referral business, I conduct seat visits, accommodate additional seat and package relocation requests, and orchestrate program events and benefits to provide an optimum fan experience. Further, I leverage marketing tools to improve sales growth and attendance, including promotions and social media outreach.Highlights of my contributions include:● Delivering a 100% sales increase year-over-year for the 18-19 and 19-20 seasons. ● Achieving an 85% average rate for customer retention gauged by season-to-season renewal among season ticket holders—representing 20% of renewal revenue—while maintaining upward of 500 accounts of $7+ million in annual revenue● Improving the ticket holder experience through on-point execution of events, and introducing new open house events and elite seat holder resort and relocation events. ● Introducing a sales initiative in 2010 pivotal in catapulting sales revenue from $50K to $280K per year.● Conducting 500+ in-person appointments for seat allocation for move from Joe Louis Arena to Little Caesars Arena
