Responsible for planning worship music and scheduling rehearsals for worship team and band members. Works with the pastoral team to prepare for weekly worship gatherings. Emails and communicates with individual team members prior to rehearsals. Primarily sings and plays guitar, but can play bass, drums, djembe, cajon, or keyboard if needed. Leads team members in rehearsals each week, coordinates with A/V team to produce balanced sounds for the team. Also works and plans for special events such as Christmas caroling at a retirement community, worship for Children & Youth in Action, and Good News Club.

Duties primarily involved leading graduate students who lead group therapy for mental health clients; leading group therapy sessions regarding emotional states, mental health, and life skills; interacting with clients, one-on-one counseling; leading team discussions; and procuring supplies for group activities.

Duties included opening up the office, managing personnel scheduling, and scheduling potential clients and returning customers. Operated mostly under the Supervisor, but trusted to manage the office alone. Assisted the supervisor with opening the showroom for clients when needed. Filed paperwork for weekly jobs as well as organized and uploaded client information online to company database.
