Man a team of 20: checking stats, writing emails for updates, assuring everyone was on same page. on demand stat viewing ie: after call work, call length, dropped calls, to ensure proper operation, tech issues resolved at 1st level basis to ensure proper operation. client meetings to ensure client and operations were on track, attend work force meetings to come up with ideas on days that could lead to more demand but may not be forecasted. Worked with work force to ensure guys could be acquired to be added to schedule, worked with work force if areas were going to be short handed so I could keep an eye on either new people or areas with no support. worked with tech support to ensure area had enough operating computers ontop of adding when new concepts were adding on demand to handle capacity, launched 3 concepts for restaurant solution ordering, helped prep learning information for all concepts, created power points for learning material, helped with classes in learning enviroments, helped teach new comers for concepts that I was leaving to start new concepts. I at the time knew and handled 9 different concepts in either helping with monthly emails or new team leads and lead ordering specialist with new information. took calls for all 9 concepts which included PF Changs, Famous Dave's, Red Robin, Wingstop, Shari's Pies, Red Lobster (a 5 million dollar contract prepped and launched).
