• Managed $60 million in synergy savings from the merger of two multi-national Technology and Media companies; developed a comprehensive approach for portfolio strategy and location consolidation; created tools, templates, and accelerators, including strategy playbooks, migration plans and an exhaustive financial model used to track and manage integration costs and savings.• Developed scenario based financial models to identify real estate portfolio options for a multinational Pharmaceuticals company. Modeled financials helped lead to $55 million in real estate portfolio savings.• Created real estate Total Cost of Ownership financial model for a Fortune 50 manufacturing company, enabling the client to track, measure, and manage more than $500 million in real estate spend. Developed new operating and organizational models; facilitated collaborative workshops to roll out new models.• Facilitated launch of an e-Commerce business for an $8 Billion retailer; applied best practices, developed business processes and facilitated work sessions with cross-functional client leadership.
