• The Telstra finance contact for subsidiaries O2 Networks (O2) and Bridge Point Communications (BP). I was involved in important integration milestones for O2 and BP that allowed for the broader Telstra teams access to.
• Large volume month end processing of intercompany journals
• Provide assistance to the numerous Telstra finance teams with ad hoc queries and reports

• Assist in actual vs budget and forecast commentary

My role covers a variety of tasks from processing invoices to and from vendors, creating purchase orders, dealing directly with vendors for renewals, cancellations and quotes, matching invoices, intercompany reconciliations between NSC and Telstra, receipting payments from remittances, updating our database as per new contracts and addendum.

My role was to produce sales reports using primarily excel. I would take the data from the CRM system - StayInFront - and manipulate it to the requirements of management.
