• Rapid response to all vehicle tickets raised by Member Services, deciding on best course of action for fast resolution of each one.
• Dealing with garages, suppliers and other third parties daily to get vehicles repaired and back on the road as efficiently as possible.
• Monitoring and controlling repair costs with robust and accurate estimate checking.
