With over 11 years of experience in the fabrication industry, I am a customer experience manager at Vicwest Building Products, where I lead the inside sales team in the Edmonton and Saskatoon regions. I am passionate about creating collaboration and executing on the regional sales strategy, while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. I hold a Certified Engineering Technologist (CET) credential and I am pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Architecture at Athabasca University. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have worked in various roles and projects in the fabrication sector, and I have a keen interest in the design and construction of buildings.In my current role, I manage the daily operations, performance, and development of the inside sales team, as well as the relationships with external customers and partners. I leverage my project management, supervisory, and company operations skills to oversee the sales cycle, from quotation to delivery, and to ensure the quality and timeliness of the products and services. I also collaborate with the regional sales manager, the fabrication manager, and the marketing team to implement and monitor the sales plan, identify opportunities, and resolve issues.
