-Coordinate total estimating effort relevant to a particular bid/project as assigned-Review proposal specifications, drawings, attend prebid meetings, etc. to determine scope of work and required contents of estimate-Develop means and methods and logistics for the work being estimated.-Select appropriate equipment for the work being estimated – review current rental and EOE cost-Organize estimating team to prepare bids, select vendors and/or subcontractors and determine cost effectiveness of projects to be bid-Review and incorporate historical data from purchase orders, subcontracts, productivity analysis reports, etc. into unit and manhour figures-Prepare discipline estimates by calculating complete takeoff of scope of work-Consult with clients, vendors, or other individuals to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues-Monitor client addendum and advise the estimating team on changes during the estimate period-Prepare or assist bids, select vendors and/or subcontractors-May review design options and recommend best solution based on cost, engineering quality, or availability of materials

-Performed Land Survey Skills with a knowledge/understanding of percolation, deep test, soil erosion survey-Development of a Conservation Analysis-Utilized local town zoning codes to further develop subdivisions, septic systems, storm water management and road placement-Area analysis, determined site soil classification for proper land use considerations throughout the design process-Work daily with AutoCAD Civil 3D Land Design
