Delivery lead for Platform Development on AT&T Network Cloud. Currently, I manage 3 teams working on multiple iterations of the Cloud. The work my team’s deliver provides the infrastructure for Virtual Network Functions (VNF) for critical company initiatives, such as FirstNet. I am heavily involved in the planning of implementing successful releases. My focus is on improving quality, consistency, and making the people around me better.

Automation Team Lead / Scrum Master - Cloud Computing (March 2016 - Present)In an unofficial team lead position, I work across multiple teams to coordinate efforts to deliver deployment automation that delivers an OpenStack architecture cloud. Our deployment automation utilizes Ansible and Puppet. I work to properly communicate and solve problems that arise with the goal of providing completely automated deployments, enhanced testing, and proper integration of new functionality. For four months, I led a team from scratch to develop a process and cadence to deliver proper automated patches for production environments. In this role, I have continued to perform as a scrum master for multiple teams at the same time.

Scrum Master (Infrastructure) - Cloud Computing (May 2015 - March 2016)As the Scrum Master for the Infrastructure team, I lead Agile ceremonies and manage work coming into the team. The team has grown into 55 people across 4 sub-teams. I manage each of these teams with delegates who take the primary responsibility. Scrum Master (Storage) - Cloud Computing (Jan 2015 - May 2015)I was the Scrum Master for the Storage, Backup, & Recovery Team within AT&T's Cloud Computing team. In an Agile setting, I act as a servant leader to enable my team to achieve an optimal level of deliverables in an efficient fashion. This team works with the OpenStack tools, Cinder and Swift.Developer - Core Services (Sept 2013 - Jan 2015)I worked for Service Realization Excellence team. The goal of this group is to provide solutions internally through the use of various tools. My role was to provide technical solutions for various goals in this team. One of my main projects is utilizing Google Web Toolkit to create a dynamic, customizeable work entry system. Usability Analyst ( June 2013 - Sept 2013)I worked on a user experience team analyzing different collaborative techniques for the company. My team works to analyze the productivity gains/loses by using different tools. The goal was to make suggestions to leadership about how to improve the functionality and usability of tools for the company.
