• Assist customers in their queries and purchases from the moment they walk through the door to when they either leave with the product or collect a product they had to order in with the inclusion of EFTPOS machines and cash handling.• Utilise our POS and Back End systems for various reasons such as looking up availability on stock, receiving in stock from deliveries, finalising quotes, progressing orders further to finalisation and more.• General cleaning of the showroom, bathrooms, and warehouse.• General administration tasks such as answering inbound calls and outbound calls to customers or suppliers, contacting other stores if required and processing invoices from suppliers.
