Matt Everett, a Principal with SC&H Capital, brings more than ten years of financial expertise to the practice with extensive knowledge in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and corporate strategy.Since joining SC&H Capital in 2014, Matt has developed an expertise leading privately-held and family-owned businesses through a variety of strategic initiatives including, mergers, acquisitions, recapitalizations, and divestitures transactions.Matt’s expertise in M&A and strategic advisory has allowed him to assist companies from a diverse set of industries, including:Manufacturing & DistributionBusiness & Professional ServicesIndustrialsFood & Beverage and AgricultureFinancial ServicesAerospace, Defense, and Government ServicesMatt is experienced in developing strategically planned M&A processes designed to achieve the client’s goals and objectives. He serves on the Board of the First Tee of Greater Baltimore and the Maryland chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG).Outside of work, Matt enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife and three children. When not with his family, you will find Matt on the golf course, fishing on the bay, or supporting his beloved Baltimore Orioles and Ravens.
